Who can activate PPC myHome 4Students?
All registered students in Greek Public Universities (TEI-ATEI) with an active Academic ID for undergraduate or postgraduate studies (green and blue color of academic ID respectively).
What if the supply is in the parent's or legal guardian's name instead of the student's?
If an Academic Identity Card has not yet been issued (for example, for newly admitted students), another university document proving student status, such as a Certificate of Student Status from the respective school's Secretariat, can be presented, as long as it includes the student's Registration Number and the expiry date of the student status.
If proof of attendance other than an Academic ID is provided, the student must present their Academic ID once it is in their possession. If the contract is created on the parent's or legal guardian's behalf, a consent form for the parent's or legal guardian's use of the Academic ID is also necessary.
What are the required documents?
The active academic ID. If the contract is made in the parent's or legal guardian's name, a consent form is also necessary before the parent or the guardian can use the Academic ID.
Can I add PPC myHome 4Students to more than one electricity supplies?
Each student can activate PPC myHome 4Students for a single active electricity supply.
I have an active contract with PPC on another product; can I switch to PPC myHome 4Students?
Yes, provided you are a student and meet the criteria.
If the contract for PPC myHome 4Students is in the name of my parent or guardian, can I request changes?
No. In this case, you temporarily "grant" your student status to the parent or legal guardian, who also holds the contract. As a result, only the parent or guardian has the authority to request contract changes.
Is there an early termination clause?
No.
My academic ID changed once I finished my undergraduate studies and began studying for a postgraduate degree. Do I need to register the new academic identity in order to keep PPC Home 4Students product?
Yes. You will have to renew it; when the current one expires, the PPC myHome 4Students eligibility criteria will no longer apply.
How many years can I keep renewing my contract?
For the entire duration of your studies, i.e. as long as the Academic Identity is valid.
How can I benefits from the PPC myHome 4Students offers?

I have more than one student electricity supply under my name. Am I entitled to a certain amount of student offers for each of my supplies?
PPC myRewards Coupons program is available through the myDEI account, which is linked to the user's tax identification number. Therefore, student offers and coupons are assigned to each user, and not to each supply, regardless of the number of your student supplies.
To benefit from all available student offers and coupons, each supply should be switched to the student's own name. This way, the student receives their own myDEI account and is eligible for all of the perks associated with their supply.
How many miles can I collect by activating or renewing the PPC myHome 4Students?
