PPC offers you 2 solutions:

- PPC myEnergy SolarNet⁺ (without a battery)
- PPC myEnergy Solar NetSave (with a battery for the use of stored energy during the night or whenever necessary) 

• With the all-around PPC myEnergy SolarNet⁺ solution, your Photovoltaic System generates electricity that is either consumed directly in your home (self-consumption) or injected into the grid and can be compensated in your electricity bill.
  
  
• With the all-round PPC myEnergy SolarNetSave solution, you can also store the excess energy produced by your Photovoltaic System in the Battery (with a storage capacity of up to 30 kWh) so that you can use it when your Photovoltaic System is not producing, in which case you would need to absorb electricity from the grid for consumption in your home (night, cloudy weather, etc.)
  
  

PPC now includes the option of connecting to the Zero Feed-in scheme.

Depending on your home's requirements, a Photovoltaic System can run under one of two active schemes:

Net billing
In Net Billing, the energy produced is netted off simultaneously with energy spent. Any excess energy generated and used by the PV System is sold to the grid at the hourly Next Day Market Clearing Price. The consumer continues to pay for power usage, but the revenue from the sale of the generated energy is credited to their account, lowering the overall cost. When a battery is added to the PV system, the excess energy is stored as a priority in the storage system until it is fully charged and any excess beyond that is injected into the grid.

Zero Feed-in
In Zero Feed-in, the self-generator does not inject the energy produced into the grid; instead, the energy is utilized immediately on the property. If a battery is installed, the excess energy is retained in the storage system until it is fully charged, at which point it can be used during periods of no generation. If the energy produced is insufficient to meet the home's needs, the remaining energy is used (absorbed) from the grid.

Those with an active electricity supply and a legally existing available space can install a Photovoltaic System (roof, pergola, and space on the plot). This space must be on your property or be legally used by you. The Photovoltaic System is suitable for installation in both single-family homes and apartment buildings. You must have exclusive use of the roof or a portion of the roof with the written consent of the other owners for installation in an apartment building. If more than one apartment owner wants to install a Photovoltaic System, separate systems can be installed on the shared roof. The basic requirement is that there is enough space on the roof for each Photovoltaic System to be installed and connected to the corresponding supply.

The Photovoltaic System converts solar energy into electricity using specialized panels (photovoltaic panels). These panels are typically installed on roofs, or the ground.

Installing a Photovoltaic System reduces your home's electricity usage costs since you utilize the energy you produce. You may be reimbursed for any extra energy injected into the grid through Net Billing. Furthermore, by using green energy you reduce your environmental footprint by lowering greenhouse gas and carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions.

This will go into depth about the proposed equipment, the overall cost of installing the Photovoltaic System, the expected yearly production, your annual financial advantage, the payback time of your investment, and the environmental benefit (approximately)*. A certified technical advisor from PPC will call you shortly to fully inform you of all the benefits of such an investment and, if necessary, alter the offer to meet your specific requirements. He will also answer any questions you may have and notify you of the next stages in purchasing and installing the Photovoltaic System in your home.

You can always switch providers, but a new contract must be signed with your new provider for the time remaining until the 25-year period from the date of your PV system's initial grid connection expires.

The Photovoltaic Panels installed on terraces are supported by special tie rods that are insulated with special chemical resins, preventing any water inflow. The Photovoltaic Panels installed on roofs are supported with special P-type brackets under specific tiles, and any holes drilled are also insulated with special resins.

• Accept the offer customized to the needs specified in the tool
• Contact a qualified, personal PPC consultant who will explain the offer and go over all of the details of buying and installing a Photovoltaic System in your home
• If you agree with our proposal, you must accept, sign, and return the Offer - Contract to the following email address: myenergysolar@dei.gr

• Complete the steps on dei.gr Photovoltaic System personalized offer tool. If you are interested in financing through interest-free installments, you should submit the relative application. It is processed by the National Bank within 24 hours and the results are communicated to the interested party
• Accept the offer customized to the needs specified in the tool
• Contact a qualified, personal PPC consultant who will explain the offer and go over all of the details of buying and installing a Photovoltaic System in your home
• If you agree with our proposal, you must accept, sign, and return the Offer - Contract to the following email address: myenergysolar@dei.gr
• You will then have to make an advance payment of 30% of the installation and equipment charges
• Your personal PPC adviser will contact you again to submit the necessary Connection Application to PPC
• Please keep in mind that the Connection Application requires you to pay a deposit of 370€ without VAT to HEDNO
• After receiving a positive response from HEDNO, the Connection Agreement must be signed and posted on the appropriate platform
• Following the signature, HEDNO constructs the connection works and, if no new network works are necessary, proceeds with the placement of meters
• If no inspection was performed before the advance payment, a technician visits the installation site.
• Following steps:
  i) Repayment of installation and equipment expenditures. If you choose financing with interest-free installments through National Bank, you do not have to repay the entire amount upfront
  ii) Scheduling an appointment with a specialized PPC specialist to install the Photovoltaic System
  iii) The equipment will be delivered and installed.
• In the case of Net Billing:
  i) Subsequently, submit a request for the drafting of the Synchronous Netting Agreement to the electricity supplier representing the consumption meter
  ii) Finally, the required documentation must be registered to finalize the PV station's connection and activation on the HEDNO platform

Upon the completion of the application form through the digital tool of PPC, you can proceed with the digital funding application for 12 or 24 interest-free installments. You just have to select the "installments" type of payment.

The funding of 12 or 24 installments is provided in collaboration with the National Bank.

In case of selection of the interest-free installment funding through the National Bank, you will have to advance 30% to PPC of the final cost as it is derived after the inspection. The rest of the amount will be paid off in 12 or 24 interest-free installments to the National Bank (if the funding application has been already approved).

The funding application is initiated through hyperlinks that appear in one of the following spots. Selecting it, you are redirected to the digital page of the National Bank to complete the funding form.

• In the final thank you page, after you have submitted the interest form through PPC’s digital tool.
• In the initial offer that you will receive through e-mail after the sending of the interest form.
• In the final offer that you will receive after the inspection.

The highest amount of funding for approval refers to 70% of the total cost of the photovoltaic system, as it eventuates from the personalized offer tool on dei.gr with an increment of 25%. This increment is made as a provision for the coverage of the VAT which is not calculated in the offer delivered from the digital tool plus any possible extra cost that may be added after the final inspection and the sending of the final offer.

The approval process is not binding before the signing of the final offer, and the funding amount refers to the approval of the highest amount.

The outcome of the funding approval application is shared with the interested party within 24 hours.

The final funding amount and the amount that will be required for payoff in installments refer to 70% of the total amount of the final offer after the inspection.

Payment in installments is done according to the Terms and Conditions of the National Bank. PPC takes no responsibility for any of the NBG processes.

The National Bank is responsible for the acceptance or the decline of the funding application as well as the signing and management of the relative contract. PPC takes no responsibility. Should your funding application be declined, PPC cannot intervene in the result. However, you can apply to change the payment method and pay in whole, gaining a 10% discount.

All of this is displayed in the PPC my Energy Coach, along with advice on how to use the PV system's output more efficiently, economically, and environmentally.
• Remote monitoring by a qualified technician for the first year of system operation, with immediate notification in the event of a failure.
• One-year warranty on the equipment against damage and compensation for lost revenue during the failure period.
• System’s LEC, including the residence’s LEC by a certified electrical engineer

Additional Equipment for PPC myEnergy SolarNetSave

• Huawei LUNA2000 battery that consists of the power module and the battery modules with a capacity of 5 kWh each from the power module and the storage module. It supports the expansion of the storage system up to 30 kWh.
• Fronius BYD HVS battery that consists of a power module and battery modules with a capacity of 2.56 kWh each. It supports the expansion of the storage system up to 30.72 kWh

Absorbed electrical energy: Electricity absorbed from the grid and consumed at home is called absorbed electrical energy.

Recorded electrical energy: The energy produced by the PV system and pushed to the grid because there was no corresponding consumption by the household.

Self-consumption: Self-consumption is when the electricity generated by PV is used directly to meet the household's energy needs.

Synchronization: Synchronization refers to the situation in which the electricity generated by the PV system is consumed at the precise moment in time at the customer's installation. The synchronization is calculated as the percentage of energy produced to directly meet the household's energy needs relative to its overall consumption. The self-generator is charged neither electricity supply costs nor grid usage costs for the electricity self-consumed in the residence with a PV system.

Produced energy: the total amount of energy produced by the PV system, which can be used directly for home needs or injected into the grid.

It is recommended to install special equipment (solar optimizers) to improve the performance of the PV System when shadows are created at the installation site or when PV panels are placed with different orientations. The cost of the specialized equipment is determined on an individual basis.
