Faults, scheduled power outages

The Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO S.A.) is responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of the network.

For information regarding scheduled power outages for the execution of works, please visit the website: https://www.deddie.gr/.

Additionally, through the website: https://www.deddie.gr/ you can report a fault (power outage), using the online fault report application.

HEDNO's call center (11500 or 2111900500) receives reports of faults 24 hours a day, every day of the year.


Issues regarding readings    

The Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO S.A.) is responsible for metering equipment, carrying out regular meter readings as well as for extraordinary readings (e.g. change of user).

For more information regarding metering equipment, readings, telephones of competent local branches etc., but also to register the meter’s reading in between the regular meter reading dates, please visit the website: https://www.deddie.gr/el/upiresies/katametrisi/.       

You can report regular meter readings as well as any readings of meters that were not possible to read for a long time by calling HEDNO's call center (11500 ή 2111900500).
