How long does it take for my connection to be installed and activated?

It depends on the state of the infrastructure at your home. Once you make the connection request, our team will inform you about the available appointments and guide you through each step.

I don’t have PPC Fiber. Can I only choose the landline?

No. To get the add-on landline, you must have 1 of the 3 PPC Fiber plans.

I have a PPC Fiber plan. Can I only choose the landline for international calls?

No. To get the landline for international calls, you must have activated the landline for unlimited domestic calls.
