Fixed energy charges for high consumption needs

The product is offered to customers with non-smart meters and high annual electricity consumption exceeding 601 kWh/month. The product is available to customers who are beneficiaries of the Social Residential Tariff (SRT), Solidarity Services Tariff and to Vulnerable Customers (with non-smart meters), while it is not available to supplies with smart metering, as well as to customers who currently have an active Net Metering Agreement (supplies with photovoltaic systems under the net metering agreement or the net billing plan or with rooftop photovoltaic panels).

When your product is about to expire, you will be alerted 60 days in advance via your bill. You can then easily select a new product or renew an existing one under the terms supplied, using myDEI or other available customer service channels. If no action is taken before the expiration date, your supply will automatically switch 

to the Basic Home Electricity Product, which is a variable tariff product with the corresponding terms and charges applied, as posted on the product’s webpage here.

In any case, you reserve the right to switch to another supplier and/or product.
