Dynamic pricing allows you to monitor rates hourly. The 24 hourly prices for each day are revealed the day before, using a specific computation tool (coming soon). The user-friendly charts display detailed prices per hour, day, and month, as well as their history.

How will I know whether I may activate PPC myBusiness Dynamic for my company's electricity supply?

Are there any requirements for implementing PPC myBusiness Dynamic for my company's electricity supply?

HEDNO must install a "smart meter" and provide validated meter data before any dynamic pricing may be activated.

How do I get a smart meter?

You may request a meter change from the Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO). The request can also be submitted electronically by clicking "Create new request." Select "Meter check" in the request category and write in the comments, "I request the replacement of my meter with an electronic one." Once you have finished the steps specified by the platform, you can submit the request.
