Product description

Low-voltage business electricity supply product, without commitment, for use in offices, shops, small craft industries, and workshops that have low consumption and low power. It is granted to units with a maximum installed capacity of 25 kVA.

The product allows for repayment in up to 6 interest-free installments with a credit card for amounts of €200 or more (VISA, MasterCard, and soon Diners issued by Alpha Bank).

As of 01.01.2024, Γ21 is the Special Tariff for professional clients with an installed capacity of up to 25 kVA.

How are the charges of the Special Tariff Γ21 Business shaped by the new realities as of 01.01.2024?

The Supply Charge will result from a fixed component (Basic Supply Price) and a variable component (Fluctuation Mechanism) and will be reflected in the electricity bill as a single price (Final Supply Price). The final price of each month will be posted on our website www.dei.gr by the 1st day of each month of consumption and will be accompanied by a detailed file with information on how to verify the price.
