PPC S.A. denies references in a today’s press article in relation to the investigation by the Directorate General of Competition (DG Comp) of the European Union, stating that officers of DG Comp visited PPC in the beginning of the month and that PPC was informed and was summoned to testify.
For the accurate information of the investors’ community, PPC clarifies that the supplemental MoU does not include any references to its hydro units.
