With regard to an electronic press article today, PPC S.A. informs that, as already mentioned in a previous announcement, dated December 11, 2015, there are no loan contracts either at the Parent Company PPC S.A., or its 100% subsidiary IPTO S.A., which are secured against network fixed assets, as erroneously stated in the above article.
