PPC S.A. announces that it was decided to sign on March 9, 2013, the contract with TERNA S.A. for the implementation of the Project “Ptolemais Thermal Power Plant – Engineering, purchasing, transportation, installation and commissioning of the pulverized lignite-fired Thermal Unit V of 550 - 660 MWel gross capacity, with the capability to supply 140 MWth for district heating purposes”, conditional to the approval of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held on March 29, according to the invitation posted on the website of the Company (www.dei.gr)
