Notice Pursuant Law 3556/07

Pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and following relative notification received on September 30, 2008 from "American Funds", the Public Power Corporation SA of Greece notifies that, on September 18, 2008 total aggregate holdings of "Europacific Growth Fund" were reduced to 11,195,403 or 4,8256% of the Company's voting rights.
