Public Power Corporation S.A. (“PPC”), following recent press articles, informs the investors’ community that, as also mentioned during the General Meeting of Shareholders on 29.6.2022, it examines a share buyback program, according to the provisions of the applicable legislation. Currently, no relevant decision has been made by any corporate body.
It is reminded that PPC is already buying Own Shares, pursuant to the existing Share Buy Back Program, which was announced on 24.12.2021.
PPC will issue an announcement, in case a relevant decision is made by the competent corporate bodies.
