In view of our constant strive to develop our people and create highly efficient teams, recently we redesigned our evaluation system. We set efficiency criteria – adjusted to the new phase of transformation run through by our company and linked to our business plan and strategic priorities – and broke them down into behaviors/outcomes/performance so that staff can clearly grasp the requirements and expectations arising from their role, on the one hand, and strive for optimal performance, on the other hand.
The main objective of evaluation is to develop and empower our people. Through this procedure, we single out the talents and assets of each employee while at the same time investing in strengthening the areas in need of improvement through training programmes for technical skills, one-day events, conferences, leadership development programmes, assignment of new roles and projects.
At PPC, the efforts of our people are recognized and rewarded, and development opportunities are available to all who are willing and eagerly trying.
