Something has changed to e-bill…

Since 16.06.2017 e-bill service has been upgraded in order for new users to have direct and secure access to the electricity bills of their properties issued under their name. Moreover, users have now the option to receive their bills only online (Paperless Billing) and every month (Monthly Billing).

Users who have registered before 16.06.2017, have to update their registration, in order to benefit from the upgraded service.

During this process, they have to enter their personal data: Tax Identification Number (VAT No) and Identity Card number or Passport.

If the above personal data are verified by our Database for the specific Business Partner Number, then the update of the registration is completed directly.

In case the data entered upon registration are not verified or do not exist in our database at all, the user has to send a document proving his VAT number (any document from TAXIS) and a copy of his Identity Card.

The process can be done: a) online, on PPC’s website or b) by calling 11770 or c) at any PPC Store.

After the registration is updated, all properties for which electricity bills are issued under the specific name will be displayed automatically, provided that the personal data are verified by PPC’s database. Otherwise, the above-mentioned procedure must be repeated for each property.

For electricity bills issued under a different name, a different registration must be made.
